How Can Breast Redness With Soreness And Nipple Infection Be Treated?

I've had my nipple pierced for about 3 weeks, it was only a tad red but after a week it looked normal like my other nipple, all of a sudden its bright red and spread the redness across my boob and is really sore, is it infected what should i do? i clean it every single day.
