How Can Breast Shape Be Improved Non Surgically?

hello .we are happy couple of Bangladesh.we have two children one boy of 4.5 year and the other is a daugther of 25 days of age. we have plan not to have any further issue.before our first baby my wife has very attractive breast.but now those are not as before.if there any type of advise to get the previous shape of her breast without any operation?
