How Can Breast Soreness Caused By A Nevus Be Treated?

Hi, my name is Sarah, I have been tanning the last 30 days, in a tanning bed, I have noticed that on my right breast I have a small reddish dot and it is sore to rub it. I'm kind of getting a little scared. I don't have insurance right now so I didn't know if this was something I need to be concerned about or not?! Please help me with this because I'm a little worried. Thank you
