How Can Breathing Problems With Throat Wheezing And Swelling Be Treated?

Hello I'm a female 18 years of age. And my story is that sometimes I can't breathe through my nose and when I breathe through my mouth my throat makes a weezing noise. I do not have asthma. And when I feel my throat it feels as if it were swollen. Now my question is what could it be and how do I get rid of it??? I've had it for a really long time. And it feels as if my airways are just closing on me.
