How Can Buttock Blisters With Swelling And Itching Be Treated?

I always get this bite looking sore on my butt. It's always on the same spot. Couple month apart. At first it looks like to little holes very close together like fanhs. But then it swells and looks bumpy like little blisters. It huts and inches. And always on the same spot on my butt!! What is it?
