How Can Calf And Shin Itching With Eczema Be Treated?

hi i seem to have an itching problem on my lower calf and shin, it looks a little like exemaa on my shin however i have small circular hard spots developing on my calf. it is not painfull in anyway just exceptionally itchy to the point where i sometimes c=scratch and break skin in the process. i have mild vercrose veins. what would your thoughts be on the subject as i would really like this to go away now. i am 32 years old, a chef by trade 6ft4 (1.98m) 105kg,stand on my feet for extensive periods. i have no prior medical conditions and have never suffered from allergies. ia m not on any medication or antibiotics.
