How Can Chronic Diarrhea Be Treated?

I had bad diarrhea 3 weeks ago. All stool cultures came up negative except hpylori. CBC was 17000. Treated me for diverticulitis with coprocessor. Then changed meds for hpylori. I have been diagnosed with diverticulitis twice this year. Got better. Then Friday my stomach started cramping bad. Hurt worse to walk or cough. Today had some diarrhea and regular stools. What should I do? I had colonoscopy in May of 2017 all was good except one polop and diverticulosis ECG was good also at this time
