How Can Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria Be Treated?

Please type your query here...hi ave been suffering ciu and pressure urticaria for over 5yrs, my feet and hands swell up, my skin burns and the itch is so unbearible i that cant take any more this happens when am in water ,out in the sun , out in the cold ,it also appears for no reason everyday and lasts a long time am now starting to feel depressed and ive been off work due to this disease am also tierd most of the time as i dont get a nights sleep because the itching wakes me up! please help me and can this be cured?
