How Can Chronic Sinus Problems Be Treated?

My wife has had horrible sinus issues, no drainage, headaches etc her entire life. She is 55. Recently she had hip replacement and for the time she was off the sinus drugs and on cumaden for blood thinner and for the week after that she had no sinus issues and felt like a miracle happened. Now that has changed and she is back to the sinus problems and she is miserable. No doctors have been able to help over the years and one siad she didn t drain well. She takes over the counter sinus pills evryday and it does nothing overly effective. Could the period on cumaden been a clue to the temporary relief she experienced?
