How Can Clitoral Glans Swelling Be Treated?

I'm not sure about the name but i think it is the clitoral gland. It is swollen and this might have happened before because I have had this feeling before but I never noticed it being swollen. I was wondering does this have anything to do with me having sexual intercourse 2 days ago and how do I make it go away?
