How Can Cough, Sore Throat And Nose With Fever Be Treated?

I have been very very achy for a week. Now I have a terrible cough and a very scratchy throat and nose but barely even a low grade fever. It occasionally hurts to breathe. I am taking tylenol and my doc put me on Relenza to prevent the flu. I have a ureter stent so I am also on atibiotics. Is there anything else I ca do? I feel awful.
