How Can Dandruff And An Itching Scalp Be Treated?

i chemically damaged my scalp over 4 months ago and had some skin burns on my scalp.since then i have noticed drandruff and it has been itching still today! i dont know what to do.. i dont use heat on my hair. but its still dry and breaking off all over. my boyfriend said its glops od dry dranruff and yellow puss.
