How Can Dandruff And Excessive Hair Loss Be Treated?

Hi, I have excess dandruff and hair thinning and hair fall. I have tried anti dandruff shampoo s like Himalya, Head N shoulders but its not working. I also had fungal infection on my head 6 years ago. Please suggest some cure, some one told me shelcal-500 helps and controls hair fall. Kindly advise, effective solution for hair fall and dandruff problem? thanks
