How Can Dark Eye Circles Be Treated?

hi, I've been using Septol skin lightening creem for eight years now. The first five years were amazing. I had a baby last year and my complexion has not been the same.My face is a total mess! It is extremely dark around the eye area and the rest is ok. It looks terrible. What should I do?
