How Can Dizziness With Headaches Be Treated?

The last two mornings I have experienced a 'wave' of lightheadedness (dizziness?). Also have noticed having had a few mild headaches @the same time? I am a femail w/13 days shopping days till my 70th birthday and in good health w/the help of medicine. Thank you, Helen Rowland
