How Can Ear Pain And Aches With Anosmia Be Treated?

hi i have had ear pain for a year now... been to doctors no infection when i bend my ear aches ive lost my sence of smell 3 times in the past year.. i sometimes feel as if im going ti faint thats happened a few times in the year also i sometimes feel if i have water in my ear all these symtons have continued for the past 12 months
