How Can Earwax Buildup, Tinnitus And Face Numbness Be Treated?

Hi I have been told I have a build up of ear wax I have tryed cotton wool buds to clear it but it didn't work. Over the last few days I have heard my pulse in my ear and the side of my face goes a little numb. Please help I suffer from terrible anxiety and have been in floods of tears waiting for a doctors appointment
