How Can Facial And Neck Spots Due To An Accident Be Treated?

I am 26 yrs old, wen i were 3 yrs old, i met an accident (burnt due to pressure cooker) but it got cured and after sometime according to my parents some white spots started ...it spreaded on whole face...but 75% got cured due to some ayurvedic medicine....and some spots still remained on my right side of neck... wen i became 21 yrs old i undergone with skin grafting and i took phototherapy...., 1yr back i undergone with laser treatment also.......now am taking phototherapy and pacroma cream......but still white patches is dere , its not completely white because of phototherapy and laser...but still its visible.......can you suggest me the treatment by which i get complete recovery.???
