How Can Facial Black Spots, Skin Pores With Dullness Be Treated?

hi,,dear Dr. i had some black spots o face which i removed through laser but after 2 years they r not faded,,,and also my skin have come out large pores and totally lost its elasticity looking dull and ugly and puppy,,,how i recover my face to look smoth younger and healthy,,im so tence about it,,,,
