How Can Facial Itching Caused By Sensitive Skin Be Treated?

i have extremly sensative skin but the skin on my face gets red itch patches even if its well moisturised. i drink a lot of tea and was wondering whether this could effect my skin, i have also started to get normal types of spots around the chin area.
