How Can Facial Itching With Cuts Caused By Shaving Be Treated?

after i shave i start to get ichy really bad especially really bad where the top of my lips meet and so i scratch it and get cuts so i was wondering if there is a loation or something to put there in that area that would be safe to use as well as help it a little that i wont scratch it as bad
