How Can Facial Pimples On Oily Skin With Scars Be Treated?

Hello Sir, I am a 24 year old, 5.2' tall girl. I weigh 68 kgs. My problem is that, i have loads of pimples, marks & scars on my face. Tried a couple stuff, but all in vain. Just cant get rid of these pimples. My skin's oily. What is the best medicine to get a clear perfect skin. Kindly advice easy & fast remedy as i am teeing a knot in the coming month.... Thank you
