How Can Facial "circles" Causing Itching Be Treated?

I have these wierd circles speading all over my face. I thought they might be ringworms but no one that I have come in contact with have gotten them. However they do look like ringworms and they itch very bad. I have tried everything from witch hazel, to calamine lotion, to epson salt and warm water and nothing has worked. It has started spreading to my neck and shoulders and I don' know what else to do. Please help
