How Can Facial Scarring Be Treated?

hi, i am a 24 yr old gal. i was 18 yrs i got a pimple on face. someone advised me to use dettol. i used it all over my face then it burnt. black scars. then there was peeling automaticaly on some areas they got cleared, but where it dint peel i hv scars left there. please advice me.....
