How Can Fever In A Child Be Treated?

My daughter is 4.5 years old today little temperature was there so gave her calpol however after an hour she got high temperature so i gave maftel p 2.5ml. She was fine so send her to school almost feeling good however after coming back from school again she got fever and temperature is getting rised, now within the gape of 4 hours i gave her maftel p and now she is sleeping but still temperature is not decreasing please tell me wat to do....
