How Can Fingernail Soreness With Bleeding Be Treated?

I have a sore kinda under my finger nail on my index finger. About once a day for 2 months it starts bleeding without touching it. I don't chew my nails and my fam doctor sent me for X-rays and no one seems to know what this is! I have done research and found a venous bleeding wart . I am wondering about treatment as my doc doesn't know how???? Thanks Julia Redford
