84 yr old mother has fluid blisters on her legs. when they break they burn. Her skin on her legs is very thin. She tends to retain fluid but she is taking fluid pills. This is going on for 1 1/2 hrs, her current doctor just gives her topical creme and tells her to wrap her legs. What do you suggest and also what specialist would be best suited to evaluate her.
