How Can Folliculitis Be Treated For Lasting Relief?

I have been treated for folliculitis in the beard portion of my face for the past year and have seen a few different dermatologists none of which have been successful in treating it, as a last resort I have been put on accutane but this also seems to have been a waste of time. Is there anyone who can recommend a specialist in this area in the NYC area? I'm extremely upset that I cannot get any lasting relief from this condition. Thank you for your help.
