How Can Forehead And Facial Spots Be Treated?

Hi my daughter has loads of spots around her forehead, the side of her forehead, her nose, the side of her nose, her chin and both sides of her neck when she wears makeup it looks all bumpy and horrible shes only 13 years old and no one else her my class has spots is there any thing she could use
