How Can Foreskin Non Retraction With Bleeding On Intercourse Be Treated?

I am married (4 months old), we had a very good sex life... Suddenly one day my penis got cut near the thread where my foreskin and glans join, and we thought it is due to increased friction, next day it was fine when we started again after having sex, it created more scars and bleeding at many places... later from that day( it was about 2 weeks now) foreskin is not able to retract. What could be this? I am restless
