How Can Foreskin Swelling With Redness Be Treated?

Hello, I'm 27 ...2 days ago I did a well long session of masturbation but I didn't eject and the next day when I woke up. My foreskin got really swollen and red right under neath the head(uncircumcise here). It doesn't hurt and this never happens to me before...I hope I don't have to undertake any surgery because right now I am really freakout.... Should I try to roll the skin up to cover the tip because I read that the blood isn't circulating downwards?
