How Can Fungal Infection With Itching Nevi Be Treated?

Hi I am Ganesh, I have been infected with fungal from past 12 years. i have itchy spots in underarms and near groin area. The spots dissappear when i apply cream like candid,cloben-g but they re-appear after some days. Now its spreading to other parts of body like behind ear.
