How Can Glans Oozing Be Treated?

hi i was prescribed walticon for some small walts... I applied the cream with care.. but because the position of the warts and when my foreskin rolled forward - some walticon got on some non affected skin... Although the warts are now gone I have been left with a bloody helmet, that seems to be weeping... how do I make it better?
