How Can Hair Greying On The Head And Beard Be Treated?

I am getting white hairs in my beard and head as well , I belong from Sikh Family and have long beard , Getting white hair in the age of 25 IS it due to some lack(nuterients) in the body. Please suggest me the diet and paste that could be applied on white hair. or there would be some early age treatment in order to avoid white hairs.

One more thing in order to stick my beard i am using an gatsbay gel( should I change my gel )
