good evening doctor, i am suffering with atrophic rhinitis from childhood. now i am 29years. i done septoplasty 3 sinus surgery,there is no relief from my symptoms.till now i am having dry mouth,mouth breathing,common cold at any time.some time head ache also.i want to relieve from halitosis. whether it is cured one or not.what is the prognosis for atrophic rhinitis
