Hi, I started the hcg diet 16 days ago. After the 9th day, I noticed severe red and dehydrated hands. I tried to talk with my doctor. I was scheduled for an appointment Thursday, but it was cancelled due to snow. I stopped taking the hcg on Thursday. Now I am having trouble sleeping although I have taken sleep medicine. I am covered in hives and my hands continue to be red. What can I do?
