How Can Head And Neck Scabs Causing Bald Spotting Be Treated?

Ok I have these scab looking things on my neck and two on the back of my head I have never gotten hurt in those areas they just appearedthe ones on my head are causing a bald spot around the scabs oh and the ones on my head feel like little bumps I have had these thing on me for about 8 months any help please
