How Can I Get Rid Of My Dark Area On

How can i get rid of my dark area on my bikini line its been there for a good while of mine i just hate and im ready for it to be gone. I also have burnin on my bikini line drom shaving a lot and it burns and itch so bad and where it burns at it pretty swollen and it hurts when my underwear touches it but i cant not sleep without underware right now because ill be on my menstrual cycle very soon.... Any suggestions thank you.
