How Can Inner Thigh Redness And Skin Peeling Be Treated?

I am 70 and a paraplegic and went swimming about a week ago in the pool. I took off my shorts and got out and set in the sun for a while and read. I noticed my inner thighs getting red so I put on suntan lotion on my groin area. The next morning when I cathed I notice there was a blister on the glans that had burst during sleep. The skin peeped off and now it is white and somewhat leathery-looking. Of course, due to paralysis, there is no pain. I thought it would heal like sunburn and have kept triple antibiotic ointment on it. I thought it would be healed but it hasn't. What do I do? Thanks. Tom
