How Can Insomnia Along With Nausea And Vertigo Be Treated?

Hello Dr, I am 53 Year old man. I have problem of non sound sleep, mind is active during sleeping, dreams come & at morning I feel eyes heaviness , nausea(vomit Feeling) & vertigo, BP100/150, body has pulse sensation( nerves do dhak dhak). psychiactrist gave me migraine medicines for 3 months but result is zero. now Dr Prescribed me since one month mucinac600 ,gincoba-m & Propranolol20+ alprazolam0.25 but problem is still same .
