How Can Itchy Enlarged Rashes On The Body With Vertigo Be Treated?

Hi, last week we had some maple trees trimmed. I went about cutting up the branches and got jabbed (breaking the skin) by several of them. 4 days later the puncture sited started to get red and enlarged. They started itching and then seemed to spread a rash to other parts. Yesterday I had a sudden onset of really severe vertigo which is ongoing. The thick red bumps get intensely itchy 2 or 3 times a day.
