How Can Itchy Facial Moles With Bleeding And Painful Scabbing Be Treated?

I have several moles on my face. One in particular has been bothering me. Sometimes I scratch it and when I did so the other day, it produced some blood and healed with a scab. Now for the past 2 days it itches yet produces a slight pain sensation when I touch it. Its a little bit read on the outside edges. It still has a scab. It is about 3 millimeters in radius. Should I be worried?
