How Can Kidney Failure, Blood Toxicity With Syncope Be Treated?

my grandmother is 84 years old she got a clogged 3 arteries in her leg and she was ok after making the surgery we found out that the blood toxicity became high then failure of kidneys and now she got syncope she was in the intensive care but i feel that the doctors there they can't help........do you have any advise?
