How Can Kidney Pain With Stool Odor Be Treated?

I have an adrenal adenoma that was discovered during a routine CAT scan. However, I have had pain in the area of my right kidney for about a year now. The MD sent me for an ultrasound of the kidney and it was normal. However, when the tech was preforming the ultrasound it was very painful. Now I understand why. This are hurts mostly when I am under stress. Should I be concerned? I am to repeat the CST in a few more months but I just feel that something is not right. I feel tired, light headed and just want to go to sleep sometimes. I eat a healthy diet, only drink water, and exercise. Otherwise, I am a very healthy person, although I do have a lot of stress and have had a tremendous amount of stress in the last five years or so. One other thing to mention and although it is odd, I feel it may be relevant. My stools smell like band-aids. Otherwise, normal. Thanks for your help.
