How Can Laryngitis Causing A Hoarse Throat Be Treated?

thank you, I am slightly horse, and talking requires an effort. I am not sick otherwise just went through some stressing situations and lack of enough sleep. Other then rest, a warm water with honey and Burts Bees throat drops how can I treat it? Am an active healthy woman in mid sixties
