How Can Leg Pain Caused By Metal Fittings With Arthritis Be Managed?

Hello there, ive had problems with pain clinics turning me down due to no inusrance i have a legit reason to be seen.. but they refuse to i broke my leg 4 year ago and i now have 6 pins a rod and plate in my left leg.. knee just recently developed arthritis but i keep getting turned down.. what can i do to the the pain treatment and treatment for this problem
