How Can Legs Rashes With Itching And Patches Be Treated?

Since i was a young girl ive always suffered from rashes mainly on my legs, atm its quite dry and sometimes itchy and as a result i sometimes scratch it, it has left dark patches n scarring on my legs and its very embarassing as i can never show off my legs, i would really like to get rid of them as im getting married soon and dont want to feel embarassed showing my husband my legs. Please help me as this has really made my self esteem low.
