How Can Legs Spots Which Look Like Ringworm Be Treated?

Hi. I have red patches on my groan. I have looked at pictures of male yeast infections and they look similiar. Is there a doctor in the raleigh,nc area that specializes in this. I also have small spots on my legs that look kinda like ring worm. Could I have an internal fungus that is causing these and how can I get rid of it?
