How Can Loose Clitoris Skin Caused By Masturbation Be Tightened?

i am 33 years old lady. unmarried. i have been mastubatiing when i was 15. now i m going to get married. my problem is that i use to stimilate my clitorus stretching both sides of clit. now it has loosen my skin around clit excessively and deep wrinkles there .it gives an old look.and clit has become insensitive too.i belong to a conservating family. i m worried what would my husband think abt me?? plz answer how can i remove wrinkles n a tight skin
