How Can Low Hemoglobin And High Body Temperature With Weakness Be Treated?

hello, i m kamlesh just married my wife is suffering from weakness and waste pain after mc period her hemoglobin percentage is low every month and she also not getting proper diet in every day she just avoid the dinner she said to me she is not filling hungry.her hb is always 7 below and her body temp. is always very high so plz tell me the remedies about that i varied about her some plz suggest some remedies for her thank u regards kamlesh
